Some of you may feel or think that you are a complete failures when it comes to things in life. You find yourself stuck in the same routine of making the same mistakes repeatedly. There are some things that you can do to make sure that history does not repeat itself when you mess up.
- Make sure stop thinking poorly of yourself. Keep in mind that nobody is perfect, we all are human and “trying your best” is not the same as “doing everything you’re possibly capable of doing”. Hitting the ground face-first is part of life, it’s getting back up again that matters.
- Ask yourself why you continue to do what you’re doing. Are you stressed or under a lot of pressure? Are you bored? Depressed? In a bad mood? Your Self Esteem Bellow Zero? Tired of Pain but don’t know how not to feel the emotional pain? Are You Desperate for attention? Or Do you enjoy being the victim pretending to be nicest guy on this earth? Find out what it is, and see what you can do to fix the main problem for next time.
- Write it down the things you don’t like and what you actually repeating on piece of paper and leave it where you can see it until it will makes a difference. It is like making a contract with yourself, and when you can trust yourself to keep this contract, your self-fulfillment and confidence will rise significantly.
- Take control of your life. Fasting for two consecutive meals is a good way to develop self-control. Your will is stronger than your want to make that mistake again. Prove it to yourself by not watching TV, not eating food, stop smoking, or not sitting down for an entire day. Pick something relatively hard to do for you, but do not go overboard.
- Find an alternative. For Example: when you feel like you are about to do something stupid mistake, like giving someone a second chance, especially after showing you their own true face by insulting you verbally or emotionally, and or by betraying your trust, or what ever you have in your mind, and immediately put a stop, say NO! Say STOP! Cut the cord and never ever look back, just do something else you can do, and go do that.
- Think things out. Always think “why am I doing this?”, or “what is my purpose?”, and don’t forget to ask yourself, why do I keep lying to myself trying to convince others that I know what I am doing, and remember, you are only fulling yourself, everybody else can see through you.
- Ask for help. If you tell someone you can trust, it will be much easier to overcome your mistake, or hire someone to teach you how to love and respect yourself before you blame your Karma.
No one can learn from his own mistakes the first time, because nobody is perfect. It often takes a few pain fall attempts to not repeat the same mistakes over and over or to even realize that something is a mistake.
